Gift vouchers

Redeeming your Guild gift vouchers

If you wish to redeem vouchers, please download the redemption form below, fill in the form and courier it back to us along with your vouchers.

Please be aware that:

·         PSL hold no liability for vouchers sent by post. We strongly recommend you return your vouchers by courier.

·         Every gift voucher redeemed by your pharmacy must have your pharmacy stamp on the back where it says, “Cancelled by”.

·         Gift vouchers have a 24-month expiry, please check a voucher is redeemed within the 24-month period by checking the “Valid for 24 months from date” on the front of the voucher.

Failure to complete these processes may result in your redemption being declined.

Purchasing gift vouchers
PSL stopped selling Pharmacy Guild gift vouchers on 1 August 2019. Unfortunately, decreasing demand meant selling gift vouchers was no longer financially viable, given the administration costs incurred.
 

Can I still accept gift vouchers?
Yes. While PSL will stop issuing Pharmacy Guild gift vouchers on 1 August 2019, we will continue to redeem existing gift vouchers already in the market.

This means you can continue to accept Pharmacy Guild gift vouchers from your customers.

You can also continue to sell any gift vouchers you have purchased, or if you prefer, you can return them to PSL and be reimbursed.
